Regular data scraping sites (those are called "data brokers") are just people search sites, and just link those (That's something you commonly see from something like Spokeo for example), these are just SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence) tools, and database lookup stuff. People search sites are just OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), and then stuff like lolarchiver is just SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence).
