It's probably 3000 steps per mile for a 5'3 600 lb waddling monster. Of course, she'll never do this and is incapable of it now.

I basically assumed she'd waddle heel-to-toe, so I figured she'd move about a foot/step. Not a great estimate I'm sure, but I figure she isn't...
