Doubt it, Emma Stone would add too much to the budget for what would be a very small role and in a movie already packed full of characters...

I was going to say that Emma Stone’s Gwen Stacy is dead, but so were the Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus from the Raimi Trilogy.
