I'm not sure if Münchhausen really fits, those people sure can be delusional but they usually knowingly fake their illnesses and cause symptoms...

Just tap the fucking Jar top on the bench or floor to make the seal pop and open it, this isnt a strength thing it's literally an IQ test..
