Infrastructure bills are stuffed with more pork than a factory farm.

Thats what we'd expect, but it mandates passive detection, which is untenable. It either is inconsistent (sweat detection on the gear shifter)...

Then again, there's no way that bill passes and even if it does, it's going to a heavily neutered version.
