In the DMs between Bella and Fiona, Bella says that she woke up to a shitstorm after "resting from being sick" or something along those lines.

Bella said she was sick the previous week when she was gloating to Fiona about how she became "the best troll on history" while Fiona was freaking...

She also told Fiona she had a cold in one of the leaked texts. I'm guessing she was actually sick
