That poor baby, the first thing it sees on birth is a giant fat flab, and it doesn't even get to have its first drink of milk since it's 'mother'...

If it wasn't for the branding of this being a midwife book, I would have thought this was straight up fetish art. I'm not even sure WHY the cover...
