Everything I have seen points to it just being sold in bulk to places like convinces stores and gas stations to be sold hot like 711 taquitos.

I've seen them served hot at convenience stores, but not in boxes.

I've only seen these at Speedway and some other convenience stores/gas stations

They sell these at the concessions counter at my local grocery store! Sad you can't get them! I never liked the birthday cake oreos, I remember...

I saw those tornados at giant tiger and superstore this morning so they aren't officially discontinued. Maybe just not being sold in some regions...
