Not sure but it bothers the fuck out of font nazies

It's the kind of squiggly/bubbly font that you would see on mobile phones like Android. Similar fonts include Cool Jazz and Rosemary

I think it is called "dreaming of being a Supreme Court Justice" ...or something like that.
