With all this talk about Kevin and coping about his destroyed genitals, I'm thinking there's also another layer of cope going on that I haven't seen discussed (unless it was earlier and I missed it). So we know Kevin was married or had a girlfriend in the past... I think all this talk from Kevin about being a slut and a whore is just more cope. I can’t remember the details of the ex-fiancé’s situation but I like to imagine she went on to marry an absolute chad and is out there living her best life having dodged the bullet that is Kevin.
