Peetz didn't live with his mom prior to Chins. He had a roommate, and would catch rides with her back to Cornwall to visit his mom.

Locals have informed us, leases don’t renew where she lives. They just go to month to month automatically. They would have to be evicted.

Why would ANYONE opt to live with her??? I can't wrap my head around it!
