That's not acne that looks like she's in the early onset of leprosy or a severe aging disorder. She's got crowsfeet, laugh lines, and boils.

That's not acne that's something that needs to be seen by a doctor.

I think Middle-Earth might be missing a certain emaciated Hobbit, but that's just me.
