The fancy design hands down. The logo is... Bland? This is a commemorative physical item, deserves at least as much effort as the halloween merch.

I think the bull should be replaced with the logo, but otherwise this is perfect (if the mint will allow it).

The bull seems out of place, if you want to use this design why not the medallion instead?
