The cognitive dissonance is strong. She probably calls herself a manlet like most FTMs do and then cries in a men's bathroom stall for validation.

A lot of ftms are short, I noticed. It's as if they are trying to compensate for something. Just like a manlet!

Maybe The Gunt is her transition goal?
