I have never felt more uncomfortable watching a fat 12yr old boy eat. This anger feels a lot like mirth but maybe I'm confused.

If you're angry, don't watch. Problem solved. She's an adult and if she wants to kill herself with food, she gets to make that choice. I wonder...
