Fahrenheit is the only real form of temperature measurement. IDK what the hell everyone is going on about "muh celsius" get out of here with that...

It's not just the temperature, it's also the humidity (or lack thereof) , the amount of snow, etc Try 42 C Celcius is almost universal farenheit...

What, you can't convert between them in your head? Yeah, the wetness of the air makes a major difference to the tolerability of the temperature...
