They haven't even officially take the case yet. The defence is supposed respond by tomorrow, so look forward to that autism

Deadline for defendants to respond is in 19 hours and 15 minutes from now, roughly. Not sure about what happens after.

The states are supposed to respond to the lawsuit by tomorrow, but I don't think a designated date has been set for the SCOTUS hearing.
