Where's that from?

They pulled a technicality of timeliness. I'm not sure it holds up as the time starts at the damages, not at the act.

This is the PA Commonwealth Court, that is the PA Supreme Court, now we wait to see if it goes to the US Supreme Court and if so, how they rule.
