I disagree with this theory because I don't think the fraud was a highly coordinated effort. It looks to be a few bad actors in certain swing...

The conspiracy of that nature is too big but possible given the leaders in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania allowed this...
