Mixing the ballots will end up showing up as multiple handwriting styles are the same. if they simply dispose of the ballots, they'll get caught...

GA is one of the weaker claims and you're not going to find anything in a simple recount. Would have to be a full audit.

Either they know they’ll win, or they’re flipping out trying to find a way to hold everything back from them losing.

I suspect they're supposed to maintain the ballots for a number of months before disposing of them, like in PA.
