They are counting the blue counties first ... And Biden's lead in Miami-Dade is over 20 points lower than Hillary's lead in 2016.

Biden's doing worse in Miami-Dade than Hilary did (who still lost), and the "Panhandle" votes haven't been fully counted yet... I reckon.
