True Republicans and normal people as well vote on election day.

Yeah, plenty of independents and voters already unenthusiastic about Biden haven't voted. ~100 million votes are still outstanding.

I don't know that I believe 40% of the voters are the die hard partisans who would never change. This stuff easily has the chance to shave 1-2%...
