That's a shit assumption to make. No reason they couldn't be using different computers. Mrs could even be using a phone.

Their television just turned on while Mrs. Vickers was speaking and Mr. Vickers had to turn it off. This is real.

That would imply that Godwinson turned to the Internet to find a woman to play Mrs. Vickers... a woman... on the Internet. Case closed, it's real...
