It wouldn't end well for them if they did. People made fun of Leia etc. in Star Wars, they would properly get mad if they did it for Chadwick.

It's likely that they would just give T'Challa a funeral in the sequel, and then Shuri takes the helm. That would be the logical, inoffensive...
