I like the way the cop does it. Ease gently into the crowd so only a couple of people end up on the car. Accelerate fast to keep 'em on the car...

Looks like classic self defense/fleeing from danager to me, the crowd was swarming the cop car and getting on top of it, any reasonable person...

I was waiting for the guy to slam it in reverse and go for the high score.
