There are multiple firearms officer levels in the UK, and I'm pretty sure a taser certification is in that spectrum.

But why do they think cop shootings exist everywhere?, don't they have a branch on a different area of the world like every other thing like BLM?

When i was in london is was kinda weird seeing so many cops out in the streets packing MP5's,in my part of the UK i never once seen a cop openly...
