This is so tolerant, I can't wait until Canada outlaws using gendered pronouns in both their languages. You can't strip gender out of a society...

Was my first thought, too. In French, you cannot even call something an "it" and the word "they" (plural) is gendered too (ils/elles).

French to them is just White Spanish. If they can butcher Latino and Latina with Latinx, then they can butcher le Monsx.

Quebecois French is already a total mess.
