Yes - They're ones used on aeroplanes. It's seen as the more 'heavy duty' of the usual fursuit harnesses you see. Really they're just more stupid...

I dunno but they sure do look dumb. I think you attach a leash to it and walk them around so they can fulfill their dom/sub fetish. Kero wore one...
