Probably because almost everyone who doesn’t like Trump says a variation of this. It’s almost never a specific policy disagreement or failure...

Off the top of my head a couple of things I can criticize about Trump that people will see as legitimate arguments His constant Israel...

i.e. you can't argue for it, so you assert it's self-evident.
