In order to try to make their chin appear smaller they push it in towards their chest which juts their tenheads forward.

Because they are ugly men masquerading as ultra ugly women, with all their most noticeable flaws intact.

No idea how to style their hair... but it's not like you don't see ciswomen with fiveheads. Rarely do I see a ciswonan look like freaking Marilyn...
