Pregnancies are not viable with high amounts of testosterone. Men should not be breast feeding infants because they don't create certain nutrients...

If FtMs wants to get pregnant they need be off testosterone for a while for pregnancy to take. FtMs only take testosterone, no blockers or stuff...
