He gets 55K, and if Vic appeals he gets fuck all UNTIL AFTER the appeals IF VIC LOSES THEM ALSO. Then Vic can appeal the fees as well lol.

It looks like TCPA awards fees for the appeal as well, so for now he gets the lower amount, with more if Vic loses appeals. Edit: Cougar’d
