The people that complain about erasure and colonialism in American/western Chinese food would have to do some real thinking if they ate 30 pizzas...

They should instead be authentic by making it out of dead rats fried in oil scraped out of literal sewers.

Since they say this about P.F. Chang's I'm going to assume they think the local Asian Buffet with bad lighting, jello and garlic bread is offering...
