You'd think with a sister dead from obesity-related disease (apparently) she'd at least tryto lose some weight so as to avoid an early, messy...

I wonder if that acne is hormonal as well. Her hormones (or lack therof) might be putting her into peri-menopause, which is notorious for breakouts.
