No. Every party is in until TCPA is finished. There is no reason other than a gun to the head that would be logical to make a deal right now...

Monica and the rest of the defendants will never make a deal with vic unless it benefits them.

I don't think there is a deal to be made. There are no good endings at this point. Just the one that does the least damage.

In short, no. The only one who could save face is maybe Funimation, but that’d involve throwing the VAs under the bus. Funimation maybe, but not...
