Agreed, Chupp didn't say anything like that. However ALL sides in the TCPA hearing made MANY MANY unforced errors. Plaintiff, Defense and Judge.

I'm definitely not arguing that he did, just his tone and general attitude towards the lawyers that I heard in my head while reading the TCPA...
