I believe he is highlighting how Ty has retracted his previous Affidavits. However nick already said that he was going to do this to fix issues...

Nothing much. The affadavits as attached to the response motion are deficient. They are going back in, fixed, on the second amended complaint...

Maybe Ty just wanted Chuck's hearsay to get out into the public in a way that he can't be sued for defamation, and he'll be taking those parts...
