I'd suspect this court 'feels like' offering a lot of leash to whichever side hurts the idiots who gave him the original 400 page screed the most.

Then it would depend on exactly what’s in those emails which I haven’t gotten to yet but yeah I don’t think the court would strike what was said...

There seem to be end-arounds to this. In my experience, cops usually use language like "suspect advised that..." and that just flies in court as...
