I was thinking about this in the shower the other day. It is obvious that Ty is not Nick's source for the deposition videos, at least not directly...

Basically the live stream that the non-present parties were watching is separate from the videos we've seen, they aren't a recording of that live...

Counsel has agreed that the only people that will be watching this live stream (the live stream of the depo to relevant parties not in the room)...
