In this picture, you can see the legs bowing inwards under the immense pressure of the weight. I've seen people in public, typically a lot smaller...

It can't, eventually the cartilage in the knees completely erodes away and the knees blow out making the super morbidly obese wheelchair bound...

We know the stomach stretches but do the intestines stretch to handle the flow of food that's like 3x the amount a normal body would process?
