I feel like the best thing they can do with Episode IX is ignore a bunch of what happened in VIII and drop in Lando as much as possible.

They wrote themselves in a corner. If they kill off Leia, then why the fuck did Ruin Johnson keep Leia alive in part 8? What was the fucking point...

Will be worst if/when Lando flirts with her - even if they don't overtly have a romance, he's Lando fucking Calrissian, of course he's gonna flirt...
