Just going off my memory we have Andy doing coke, prescription painkillers (oxy?) and weed, with Metokur jokingly asking if his weed was laced...

He said a couple of times that he's currently on back-pain medication.

thats probably the case. He likely takes his pain meds with alcohol consumption instead of being a normal human being and taking it with water.
