The man was accidentally committing extortion. He's a danger to himself more than other people.

Either that or he's a fucking idiot just asking for the cops to come to his house and arrest him. Which would be some good karma for his actions...

Unfortunately the judicial system is also packed with exceptional people who might be as dumb as funimation so it doesn't really matter.

Given that stream, i don't think he has two brain cells period. Implicating himself and others in crimes and potential civil actions... what a dummy.
