I’m not too familiar with VA industry contracts but I kinda doubt there’s anything in there that bars them from ever complaining about another VAs...

I get a feeling it might be a little of both, but it's really hard to tell when you're confronted with accusations from people who are even...

Well, if the contracts did state that... Then wouldn't they be violating those contracts right now? Contracts are tricky little things...
