It's not even to fuck with him. If you are a resident of Virginia, you should be reporting this just to be a good person.

Might be a misdemeanor in Virginia, but in some places it's a Felony.

Adults buy or supply booze for minors all the time (it's how they get it) and it's just not a big legal deal unless someone gets hurt, raped, etc...
