I think Amber has what Kai has. They have Body Dysmorphic Disorder, but instead of seeing themselves as ugly, they see themselves as gorgeous.

I missed that! :lol: Even if she got down to her goal weight of 199 (and magically didn't have loose skin and/or scars from skin removal...
