I see no issue with that at all. Also, food stamps are meant to be a crutch, not a replacement for a job..

Because poor people would exchange food stamps for money, and use the money to buy alcohol, and are mad that they can't now.

Because then I can't sell my food stamps to buy pills and gas for my lifted F350 and five fourwheelers. Trump is literally killing poor people.

It looks like a good idea on paper, the problem is the logistics and nature of government will likely make it more expensive than just handing...
