My post wasn't meant to sound like "where's the fucking index", I just remembered that it was discussed. After I posted I did think to myself...

I can start throwing together some kind of index. Best of all, I'll even do it when I'm at work so at least I'm getting paid.

I'm into having an index. I'm also willing to do 50 pages (maybe more) for the index. I just don't want to do pages that have already been done so...
