I've never been a fan of dark roots and bleached hair; it looks gross. And it's still way too long. It already does.

Looks like it's supposed to be an ombre color like the kardashian sisters sometimes have. I think AL will be too lazy to maintain it.

Ooof thats a mess, chunky on top ombre on the bottom? wtf is going on here. No just no, not even toned either, no cut but bleached? That is awful.
