This is from like... a medium money set. ($180). I think $5k is very conservative. It would not surprise me if Chris owned almost every 14+ big...

To be honest that would be some ok (in terms of 'oh its there) 40k terrain to just plop down. Maybe if you sand it so it looks less like shit too.
